2. Digital Marketing Services

  • Services such as SEO, PPC, branding, and related campaigns are delivered under customized agreements or proposals.

  • Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are allocated immediately.

3. Software License Products

  • All software licenses sold through our Online Store are genuine and sourced from authorized global brand partners.

  • As licenses and activation keys are delivered digitally, refund eligibility is limited.

  • Refunds may be granted only if:

    • The license key or product was not delivered.

    • An incorrect product was delivered compared to the order placed.

    • A duplicate charge was processed for the same transaction.


4. Non-Refundable Situations
